Acceptance of Terms: If your child experiences problems with their eyes or vision, it is imperative to have their eyes examined by a state licensed optometrist or ophthalmologist. Methods of myopia control are not without risk. Orthokeratology is an FDA approved procedure which rarely poses risks of corneal infection and blindness. Only a state licensed eye doctor, experienced in therapy with Orthokeratology should manage patients using the technologies. Should a patient using orthokeratology experience pain, sensitivity to light or foreign body sensation, the patient should cease wearing the lenses and immediately report to the eye doctor managing their care. No more than one year should pass before having the patients eye and orthokeratology fit be assessed by the doctor, and lenses should be renewed with a new pair annually as well. By accessing and browsing the ICEMC site, should you receive therapy with orthokeratology devices from ICEMC, you understand, without limitation or qualification, these Terms and Conditions of Use, which also include the ICEMC Privacy Policy. You also are aware that ICEMC does not participate with any insurance or vision discount plan. If you do not agree to all of the Terms an Conditions of Use, do not schedule a visit with the providers at ICEMC.
